All Sales Are Final
At Deftones Blankets, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products — many of which are custom or made-to-order — all sales are final under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Exceptions – Defective Products Only
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if the product is defective and does not work at all (for example, if it will not turn on or function properly, in the case of an electronic item).
To qualify for a replacement or refund due to a defect:

You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.

You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.

Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility.
If approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Reasons for Refund or Return Include (but are not limited to):

The blanket does not look, feel, or appear as you personally expected

You changed your mind after ordering

You selected the wrong size, color, or design

The product “isn’t what you imagined” or “doesn’t meet your expectations”

Minor variations in print color, brightness, or fabric texture

Delays in shipping beyond our control

Damage caused by misuse, washing, or improper handling

Please note that Deftones Blankets will never accept returns or issue refunds under any subjective circumstances, including dissatisfaction based on personal opinion, preference, or expectation.
